Service Agreement
This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between the service provider ("I," "me," or "my") and the client ("you" or "your"). By purchasing a service, you agree to the terms outlined below.Scope of WorkEach service package includes the deliverables listed in the service description. Any additional work outside the agreed-upon scope may require an additional fee.Payment & Refund Policy- Full payment is required before work begins.
- Refunds are only available if I am unable to complete the work within a reasonable timeframe. Partial refunds may be offered based on the amount of work completed.
- If you cancel the service after work has begun, no refund will be issued.Revisions- Each service includes a set number of revisions, as specified in the package details.
- Additional revisions beyond the included amount may incur extra fees.Client Responsibilities- You must provide all necessary details, including branding assets, product information, and access credentials, in a timely manner.
- Failure to provide required materials may result in project delays.Turnaround Time- Turnaround times are listed in each service package.
- Timelines begin once all required materials have been provided.Unforeseen DelaysWhile I strive to meet all deadlines, unforeseen circumstances (e.g., power outages, family emergencies, or technical issues) may occasionally cause slight delays. In such cases, I will notify you as soon as possible with an updated timeline. If a delay exceeds 48 hours, you will have the option to reschedule or receive a partial refund based on the work completed.Confidentiality- Any sensitive information provided will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of completing the requested service.By purchasing a service, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms.
